Packaging control:
Shipped in self-sealing poly mailers with high-adhering adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Resistant to punctures and tampering. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package. Larger orders are packaged in a corrugated box
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International shipping:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Coolclothes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

From start to finish, the Garment has multiple checkpoints to ensure the customer will receive the correct product with a high-quality print and enjoy a pleasant unboxing experience.

Conditions and Returns
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@coolclothes.biz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Buyer can return or exchange this item.
Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
